Thank you for visiting StackCafe, we are excited have you here! Before visting or using StackCafe our team advises that you take a careful read through of our Terms of Service. - Your login may only be used by one person. We do not authorize Account sharing, and if notified we are justified in taking actions to terminate the Account.
- You must be 13 years of age or older in order to register for an Account with StackCafe. Although StackCafe would like to see more young aspiring Software Enginners and IT Professionals starting their IT Career journey from a young age, we must comply with the United States Law. StackCafe does not target any Content or Services twoards children under the age of 13, any use of our Website by a User under the age of 13 is not permitted. If we learn of any Users under the age of 13 using StackCafe, we will terminate that Users Account immediatley. If you are a resident outside of the United States, and your contries age limitation differs from the United States Law, you are responsible for complying with your country's Law.
- StackCafe does not allow any Accounts registered by "Bots" or any other automated methods. If it comes to our attention that this is the case, we are justified in taking actions to terminate the Account.

StackCafe has a Zero Tolerance policy to harassment, discrimination, and legal violations; which is applicable to all parts of our Website, including private messaging. You allow StackCafe to store your private messages in our database, create back-ups, and review messages sent under your Account. If violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and State or Federal Laws; StackCafe is justified in termination of your Account.

StackCafe offers contact only through email at stackcafe@stackcafe.io. There is no option to contact us via phone, as for our only means of communication will be via email. StackCafe will never contact any Users via phone. Legal noticies must be sent in writing.
H) Limited Liability
In no event shall StackCafe be liable to a individual, company, or representative for damages or losses due to your lack in competency to use our Website under the terms defined in this document. You agree that we, StackCafe, will not be heal liable for any losses, use, data, indirect, incidental, specail, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever. Where no payment has been made to StackCafe, our total Liability will be limited to $1.
I) Indemnification
You agree to Indemnify us, defend us, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses; including but not limited to, attorney's fees, claims and costs, and fees from your use of our Website. User shall not enter into any settlement agreement which assigns Liability to or admits Liability to StackCafe without our consent. StackCafe will provide reasonable assistance, at your expense, withing justified means, upon request.
J) Alterations to this Document
The User will be made aware of any major alterations to this document via the verified email address linked to the user Account. StackCafe will not notify users for small changes to the document.
